I AM THE ONE I WAS WAITING FOR

                     One day I heard Mel Robbins, a motivational speaker on Tik Tok repeating 

                                                                "No One is Coming"

Those 3 words spoke to my soul.

 I spent most of my life waiting for someone to come..........

Fix me

Heal me

Love me

Put me first

Take my pain away

Heal my soul

I had no idea. I was the most qualified person for that job. 

In fact, it was unfair to expect anyone else to do those things. 

It's such a relief to finally realize that it's up to me to fill my own cup. 

Today, I show up for me.

I have the power to fix myself

I have learned to do the things that heal my soul. 

I get to the beach as often as I can

I sit in nature

I walk, I read, I write, I journal, I meditate and before I go to bed

I thank God for the gifts of the day
